At Heritage Blooms, every bouquet, arrangement, and balloon creation is made with the greatest care and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and a friendly, personal service.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of fresh flowers and inflated balloons, we do not accept returns once items have left our premises and been accepted by the customer or recipient.

Once an order has been collected or delivered in good condition, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, deterioration, or deflation that occurs after that point. This includes but is not limited to:

Changes in temperature or environment

Handling after delivery

Accidents or misuse

For Bobo balloons and flower products, we follow the same policy — once the item has been accepted in good condition, it cannot be returned or refunded unless a fault is present at the time of handover.

If There Is an Issue

We want every customer to be delighted with their order. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can review the matter.

We may ask for:

A brief description of the problem

A clear photo of the item as received

Where a genuine fault or quality issue is confirmed at the time of delivery or collection, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.

Why We Have This Policy

Fresh flowers and inflated balloons are delicate, time-sensitive items. Many factors after handover (such as temperature changes, direct sunlight, wind, sharp objects, or transport methods) are beyond our control, and can impact their condition.

Our team inspects each order before it leaves us to ensure it meets our high standards.
